On the 4th Day of Christmas baking I made for my true love....
Peanut Butter Balls
1.) Mix well 1 & 1/2 sticks of melted margarine, 24 oz. peanut butter and 1 lb. powdered sugar (I have found best way to mix this well is with your hands. Have learned the hard way by breaking wooden spoons trying to mix these.)
2.) pinch off small marble size pieces roll into a ball.
3.) Melt chocolate bark and dip balls into the bark. placing on wax paper to dry.
Note: you may also use the white bark we have done this in the past calling them "Snowballs", but our favorite is in chocolate.
