Sammy Steals the Show is a cute children's book. What isn't to like about a singing bird? Yes, I'd recommend this book. Younger children will love this book being read. 2nd, 3rd, 4th Graders will love being able to read the book by themselves. It is not a chapter book, but a book next step up from easy picture book.

From an early age, Emlyn Chand has counted books among her best friends. She loves to hear and tell stories and emerged from the womb with a fountain pen grasped firmly in her left hand (true story).
