Barb is honest, candid, and down-to-earth in her book Enough Already.  Everything she shares with her readers is most helpful.  Enough Already isn't a hurry lets get this read kind of book.  You want to have time to digest what is being said.  It is more of a Bible study type of book.  A book you can use individually or in a group setting.  Each chapter ends with group discussion questions and personal reflection journal questions.  It is a wonderfully, insightful book that women of all ages, young and old alike, will find helpful in more ways than one.  Roose equips the reader with knowledge of God and His Word to win the inner struggle and battle for beauty and help you become God's beauty in our world today.  The author shares stories of her own personal struggles with beauty.  I'd advise you to pick up a copy of Enough Already and begin your journey to inner healing.

Barbara Roose is an African-American, wife, mother, and pastor with a passion for creatively communicating God’s truths in a manner that is relevant and easy for people to apply to their lives. In February 2002, she joined the staff at Cedar Creek Church in Perrysburg, Ohio. Currently, she is the Directional Leader and Pastor of Spiritual Formation. For the past eight years, she has had the privilege to serve as periodic teaching pastor to 10,000 (average) weekly attendees. Since 2010, she has spoken at various women’s conferences in the U.S. and Honduras.
